Well, I gave myself a break and really enjoyed the holidays. Now that I look back on my measurements, I'm seeing that I actually started my break in September. I didn't do too poorly however; I can't let that snowball into something worse. I re-did all of my measurements today including a few new ones:
Balance on one leg (tree pose with hands on hips): 36 seconds on the left leg and over a minute on the right
Stretch (seated - legs in a V, reaching forward: reached to 22.5"
One leg jump: Right leg: 24", Left leg: 22"
Plank: 38 seconds

These, along with my weight and other measurements are a good starting point for 2016 (nothing bad -- just data points!!)

Time to get back to work at my healthy lifestyle!
