Extremely tired

I was really good girl last last night and prepared my meals for the next two days. I woke up this morning, had breakfast, went to the gym and had a great workout, had lunch then I crashed. I'm exhausted now. I'm laying here considering taking a workout supplement tomorrow. Something that will give me a slight burst of energy throughout the day.

    What did you have after your workout? I read an article that you need protein and cards after a workout. I know I get a protein shake within 30 minutes of my workout end to feel okay.
