    I try to change up my meals so they don't become boring. I haven't had one of these bad boy protein shakes in many days. I think I'll add it to my meal plan for tomorrow.

    I saw the PB2 powder for the first time in the grocery store recently. Is it just for the peanut butter taste, or are there health benefits to it?
