My brain is swishing back and forth.
"I'm ready to make some changes!"
I really am ready to make some changes. I've been avoiding tracking as much as possible, but the time has come. I need to do it for myself and for my new BLC team!
Today, I started tracking and planning my meals. I've discovered that I eat WAY too many carbs and not enough fat and protein. There really is something about seeing the numbers in black and white. My goal is to keep planning in advance, because it gives me room to make adjustments before I consume.
1. Track food
2. Plan meals daily
3. Aim for a differential of -200
4. Eat 5 freggies a day
I'm looking forward to making some healthy lifestyle changes and feeling better in my body. I'm going to have to make some more changes soon, as I will be in the US for a 2 month holiday and my lifestyle be very different than it is here.
