Definition

So, I was sitting at my desk, trying to think about something interesting to write about. I don't plan to Blog more than once or twice a month, so I don't want to just ramble on. I was mentally reviewing my month, and how I had decided to start the New Year off rededicating myself to losing weight. I decided to look up the definition to resolution.

noun
1. a firm decision to do or not to do something
2. the action of solving a problem, dispute, or contentious matter.

It's funny how both of those definitions fit for me.

I made "a firm decision" to work on losing weight and my overall health. My weight, especially, has been a "contentious matter" and I feel with consistency, I can "solve" it.
