Well, my weight is frustrating, but I've been holding steady to staying within calories and walking 10K+ steps every day and 30+ minutes of exercise. A co-worker did ask me yesterday if I'd lost weight. And I do feel like my body is losing some weight, even if the scale isn't budging much. Persevering...

    Don't be upset, you are losing! It just doesn't show on the scale everyday. We bounce up due to water retention, etc. but if someone noticed, you are losing weight! It will show soon on the scale and you'll be glad you hung in there.
