Feeling accomplished

Did my morning excercises. The one routine was tough all lower body workout. Much needed. Followed by squats for the day. My legs were shaking. Not seeing the results in weight yet but feeling good and feeling slimmer in places. Keep moving forward!

    Don't fret about the scale--it's just one measurement, and seldom the most important. Stay focused, what you're doing works!
