First month down!

So January was, I think, a success! I lost 9 lbs! Yes!!! emoticon

With February, my goals are similar. Just keep being consistent. Track everything, make smart choices, drink water, move a lot more and keep training with my couch to 5k too.

I struggle with my calorie goals using My Fitness Pal and do miss Sparkpeople! But I really love the quick tracking on MFP- just makes life easier. But I keep my SP account and I keep coming here because I love the community, features and ideas.

PS- I have my second virtual 5k next week. Still can't run more than 5 minutes at a time and still struggling to move through Week 4 of the C25k program- but that's okay! I'm sticking with it and getting 3-4 runs in a week. I may be slow, but honestly it's not really a race. And I mean that with more than running and training to run... I mean that with weight loss and this whole journey!
