Stress Management: Don’t Worry!
BY RICK WARREN — FEBRUARY 7, 2016

The number one source of stress in your life is not work. It’s worry. Work doesn’t keep you up at night; worry does. God is very clear in the Bible what he thinks about worry. Philippians 4:6 says, “Don’t worry about anything” (NLT).

This is a new series starting today.
We don't need to live in stress. Give it to the Lord and let Him give you the peace that passes all understanding.
Phil. 4:6,7 - (6)"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; (7) "and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
John 14:27 - "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
John 16:33 - "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."
