It is Monday, the beginning of a good week. A fresh start to all that are out there. Time to take a step forward on the right foot!

Mindfulness is the most important thing, I believe. With out that you can not have consistency, drive, ambition and all the other things that lead to success. So mindfulness is what I will have.

The super bowl did not ruin my eating on Sunday. Limits were put on food and how it was made. It was a fairly quiet weekend around here. My son is getting cranky about his variety of food that is available in the house. Down to threatening to starve. Both hubby and I show and tell him there is plenty in the house to eat. He is just choosing to be picky. And if he starves, that is his choice. But he shouldn't starve because there is more than enough for him to eat. He just isn't in the mood for foods that are good for him. emoticon .
