Stress Management Starts in the Mind

The battle with stress in your life is going on between your ears. The battle is in your mind! It’s in your thought life. What you fill your mind with determines the level of stress in your life. If you want peace of mind, you’re going to have to start controlling what you allow in it. Whatever you put in your mind is going to come out in your life.

I'm nt so much stressed as I am depressed. I take 5 antidepressants. I take 3 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and 3 in the evening. That's what my life is about. That's why I'm fat is because of my depression. I use to drink a lot. Not to the tune of being an alcoholic. Just when the girls wanted to go out after work and when my Sister &
Brother -in-law came in to town. But I could really put away the strawberry marqueritta's. I really love them. Have a Super & Blessed Saturday! LYL! P.S. Then I met a bunch of new friends & one of them was Jesus Christ! Praise God!

For some stress is mind over matter . For others it is far too real and they are in need of professional help. I'm the first one to encourage this along with a healthy diet and exercise . Most importantly is a personal relationship with Christ Jesus . This is the only way to find relief for some.

Never try to counsel someone on your own. Well are not equipped to deal with their mental health . This could be a difference of life or death. As stress can and often does lead to depression and anxiety.
