Gym Time on Friday

I showed coworkers my "before" pic which I took the other morning and my goal picture of me. We talked about exercise and Yao and I agreed to go to the gym this Friday afternoon. She was really excited when I suggested it. It'll be a good start for me. I'd like to work up to going to the gym before I work twice a week and once on a day off, but no expectations. I'm open to whatever works for me. I may keep mornings before work for home workouts (I seem to do better with those because there's no people around; I feel more free by myself). More later.     I work out at home, usually by going for a long hike or walk outdoors. I also do yoga and do poses that flow for a better calorie burn as well as include muscle work like squats. I love going from downward dog into plank repeatedly. Yoga push-ups!
