My First Week with a Spark

I lost 3 pounds in my first week with Spark People. The first tool I embraced was the food tracker and the Nutrition Report. I know if I stay faithful with tracking my foods, controlling the portions I will succeed on this journey.
I have been trying to learn the mobile app so I am not just computer bound--to help with my food decisions. I will get there! I have been enjoying the articles and wealth of information on this site--still a bit confusing and overwhelming but I will learn it.
I am not monkeying around any more!!
