Feeling a little frustration at the scale so I looked for NSV’s to put a positive spin on my journey. So here are my non-scale victories for this week:
My pants are a little looser and I even got back into a smaller size again. Not a comfortable fit, but I could pull them on and zip and button them up, so yay!
I walked a minimum of 7k steps (3 miles) every day this week and, in addition, exercised for at least 20 minutes each day as well.
I stayed within my nutrition tracker/caloric goal every day.
I got a solid 7 hours of sleep each night.
I drank at least 64 ounces of water every day. Not just liquids, but actual water.
And, finally, I am enjoying the changes being back on track is bringing to my overall health.
Now, if the darn scale would just cooperate. :)
