Plateau

I was stuck in a plateau for two 1/2 weeks . I was losing inches from my measurements but my weight would staying the same or was up by two pounds. On my second week I changed up my workout routine reduce my cardio and went more heavy on weight training and kettle bells. I lost 2.4 lbs and 1/2 inch from my overall measurements.

    Way to push through your plateau! That 1/2 inch is everything! Whenever I see a shift like that, I do it for another few weeks and always see a big shift by the end of the next month! Here's to more NSVs! :)

    We all reach plateaus it is our body's way of adjusting. As long as we don't stop doing what is good for us....we will get off the plateau & start losing again. I will be glad when I can just maintain my weight. A long time until then. God bless.

    Congrats. I am in a plateau right now so I looked for NSV,s to validate my journey. The scale is not the only measure of our success.
