What's In Your Coffee?

So as a daily routine (Mon-Fri) I start my day off with coffee!

Amazingly on the weekends I do not require coffee in the mornings.

One of the key things that I am doing this year is NOT having sugar and cream in coffee.

I have started replacing that with almond or cashew milk.

I must say that it is not bad at all!

I have decided to make daily changes in my journey

And enjoying the ride along the way

    I'm loving your steps...Keep up the good work!

    I was a coffee demon emoticon (no joke), and with my coffee was cream and sugar. Now I have a cup or 2 per week. I've move to the more flavorful coffee beans that require no added anything to really appreciate the taste of the coffee.

    I don't drink it very much but I do put a little milk in it and a packet of stevia to sweeten it without the calories or artificial no cal sweetener.

    I love dairy! Fortunately, eating Low Carb High Fat allows me to use heavy whipping cream, though a lot of times I do Half and Half just cause it's cheaper and easier to find.

    I also give a nod to Bulletproof coffee. I used to add coconut oil, but now I add a mix of a little coconut oil with a little MCT oil. High octane fuel! I actually had to cut back on my portion because I had too much energy for sitting at a desk!

    I've never liked coffee. If I really need caffeine I drink pepsi. I try to avoid it though since it packs on the pounds. I won't drink diet.

    Are you silk coffee creamer that has a vanilla flavor to it it's very low in calories and I love it. I used to be one who made fun of people shopping in the healthy section at the grocery store and it's ironic that I am that person now. ♡ my coffee

    I normally drink 3 cups every morning but almost always black. Once in awhile I will have flavored powdered creamer in it but that might be once in every couple months.

    I try to cut back on coffee but I just can't do it some days... I drink my coffee with a half a truvia and a dash of milk just enough to change the colour

    I drink my coffee black at home. But when I go out or get it to go, I usually take 2 creams. However I am trying to cut back dairy as it does not work well with my thyroid so I might try almond or coconut milk.
