Getting Back on Track

The day after I blogged last month, I was in a car accident. I am okay, It could have been worse. But it definitely cause more pain. So I have not been exercising. I start physical therapy on Monday. I have been eating like crazy. Yesterday, I beinge all day and am currently experiencing a food hangover. My weight has been as high as 279 this month, today I am 276. I have made today the day that I get back on track and stay on track.
