been in a funk for two weeks. first I think my lady friend is coming so it decided to play with my emotions and feelings worse than I have ever encountered for no apparent reason. then my phone decided not to take a charge and now I think I have to get a new battery for it. I deleted everything on it to see if it helped and it didn't. :0/ to top off my lovely two weeks I slipped on our wooden stairs last night and went to bed feeling ok. After finally getting out of my funk and doing some cleaning this morning because I was feeling fine I am now incredibly sore from the fall last night. I caught myself on the stairs. I did not completely fall down them but my feet are sore, my arms because I caught myself with them and also my back. the only visible piece from falling is on my right forearm with a huge scrape and a beautiful blue purple bruise from it. I wore my sneakers today so I had extra support on my sore feet but I usualy wear my house shoes. when I fell I had only socks on. I was in the middle of getting ready to go to bed and went down stairs for something. ;0/ I am usually very optimistic but this last two weeks have me spent.

I feel ya! When life hits it can hit so hard. I go thru emotional ups and downs and what I can't deal with are people playing might heart games. I've made a choice to become aware when they're doing it and stop it then. That's so not respect :)

I hear you there. So bad last 2 weeks and my emotions and mood swings are off the charts. Find a quiet, comfortable spot and sit Indian style and close your eyes and clear your mind. Then focus on what you're hoping to accomplish. Pic final result.
