Things are better than they were a few days ago.
I got outside a couple of times for walks, and I've been trying to make better food choices.

was suggested to me and I've listened to a couple of her pod casts. She has a lot of good information and has been motivational for a couple of things. I'm going to try the tracking that she suggests in one of her articles, in addition to the tracking I'm doing for the Dietitian's requirements.
Basically instead of counting calories, you track how you are feeling after you eat, when you wake up, etc. You rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 and use the bio feedback from the foods you're eating to decide which ones are good for you and which ones aren't.

I'm having my wisdom teeth out tomorrow so I'll be fasting for the most part since I won't feel like eating anything, and I can't eat for 6 hours beforehand.
