Recommit to this journey

Monday, February 29, 2016

I started suffering from awful back pain back in September. Suffered from it for 4 months before I was correctly diagnosed with a very irritated gallbladder. Can't believe I suffered all that time for nothing. Got my gallbladder removed in mid January. It was laproscopic surgery, but it took me longer to recover than I thought. During the 5/6 months of my issues, I was unable to exercise like I normally did. I also ended up putting 40 lbs of my 85 lb loss back on. I can't believe I let myself go like that.

I am working myself back on track. I have been cutting back on the eating and this weekend I ate within my calorie range. I actually had to eat a little more last night in order to reach my range. I'm also getting back to the exercising. Been walking for the last couple of weeks and have gotten in some really good numbers. Tomorrow I will go back to strength training and work on building up my endurance to start running again.

So, as much as it kills me to do so, I will be resetting my tracker to show my current weight. I did this before and I can do it again!!
