Keeping the Momentum Going

Husband and I joined the rec center where he works. Our orientation is tonight at 7 and after that, we are going to do our first workout.

I am psyched for this. I've had no soda pop for two days. Huge win for me. I am down 6 pounds since February 10th, which is a huge surprise because I feel like this month has been a fail. But apparently I have done more good than not-so-good, and that's a win.

This blog is a bit rambly because I'm doing four things at once lol.

I feel like things are on an upswing, and I want to keep the momentum going. I started planning my breakfasts and lunches for yesterday and today and that has been a huge help, because I don't have to spend a lot of time thinking about what to eat when I get hungry and need something fast. So far it has worked wonders, and it has been really easy to accomplish.

I'm feeling a little better about my dietary appointment next Wednesday. And it has me feeling a little better about being able to get my BMI down, overall.
