First week is almost done

So I started off strong and started to waiver but I am determined to not letting any setbacks hold me back. I've been drinking more water and my want for pop has been going down. I've successfully avoided the vending machines more than I have broken down and have even avoided getting pop from them, except today.
The other night and last night were extremely hard due to not having enough people as well as system issues that caused us to stay far later two nights in a row than what we needed. However, the overtime will make it easier when it comes to grocery shopping.
I have been on another round of pain medicine and steroids to get the inflammation down in my hip and I cannot wait until I'm off the steroids. Nothing is more frustrating than having people tell you you look like you've lost weight and the scale just continues to climb. I know I won't see results immediately and the weight I had lost was probably muscle due to being off work. The bloating the steroids of caused me is incredibly frustrating. So hopefully when I'm doing with them I can get rid of the extra bloating. In the mean time, I'm going to still do my meal prepping and look up more healthy crock pot recipes.
Having the crock pot has made it possible for me to make dinner throughout the week and easier for everyone to have a home cooked meal when they come home from work, especially when we work different hours for the most part. Best gift ever!
