I have no support I feel in my weight lose journey. My fiancee is skinny but eats everything and anything he wants. He tells me good job and turns around and eats burger king. Is it just me? It very hard seeing my family eat the stuff that I once loved. Its very hard and they don't seem to try not to eat it around me. And then I go beinge eat for a day and gain 2lb back. This is just a roller coaster.

Allie, my husband is the same way - he can eat whatever he wants and is as thin as a rail! We need to start our friendly competition! What about a weigh in every Monday? We post a blog so that we can see each other's progress and cheer each other on!

People struggle with the idea that actually you can do something for yourself and I I've learnt it's ok to point that out to them. They either get on board or get off at the next station!

At home I can eat everything and I see that from the time that I started to write down all things that I have eaten I was decreasing amount of things on a plate. It is much easier for me now. My exersize for now is walking 3km every day... Good luck

I have this problem too. When I feel sad or any kind depresive I am taking big mac or similar garbage and then I just do not feel any taste of it and I am not happy after that. It was very hard for me to stop eathing outside from the house.

Don't deprive yourself to the point where you keep breaking. I eat what I want but in smaller portions. I love ice cream so I take half a cup. Of I want burger king I eat less calories to allow for it. U can do this. We support you!!

First off its your journey not theirs. Try to remember that. You are doing this for you. They are not trying to sabotage you. They are doing what they always do. Second you do have support you have spark so you are never alone. Remember that.
