I've decided I need to be more dedicated to this. So first step throw out all the junk food in my house  second exercise program  now its time to stick to it

    Hey...Spark People has become my support groups, for you see I am a recovering grease-holic. Yes, it is true if you can "fry it" I can "eat it".

    I have tried to lose weight before and never cleaned my cuboards from unhealthy food. Bad for me cause it was always tempting for me to eat that stuff. Finally I am only having healthy food at home and that is the way to go. emoticon emoticon
