This is my first post in quite a while. I love sparkpeople and the amazing support that is offered here so I'm back. I really need to work on tracking my food. I, honestly, am just so lazy at documenting what I eat. Also, I give into cravings so easily. I've been a vegan for well over 3 years now and I'm having a hard time sticking with plant based foods instead of all that yummy junk food. So I'm here for the personal accountability and to develop my discipline with tracking.
