I have been eating healthy for 31 days now. It is easier then I thought most of the time. My hubby is the biggest obstacle. He is always eating something. While, I am doing this for myself and my kids. I have lost 19 lbs so far. I need to add exercise and sleep more. That is my goal for the next 31 days. One day at a time.

    I am in the same circumstances. I am trying hard to eat right and boost my fitness, but my husband just wants unhealthy food and ice cream. It's hard when you feel like you're doing it alone. emoticon
