I am enjoying reading a Spark's Cookbook that my daughter recently purchased and has on Kindle on my tablet. I am just getting into the actual recipes after reading some other interesting things and some Spark member blogs, etc. Looking forward to getting ideas for new meals that we can have on our healthy eating journey. My daughter has lost 33 lbs and I have lost 15.5 lbs since starting this program on January 4th. We are really noticing how loose our clothes are getting and looking forward to shopping soon. Also, if Spring weather ever gets here, we can start walking outside in the fresh air instead of mall walking.
