Military Diet

Hello, loves! Today I am trying something new. I am going to try the military diet (3 day diet). For those of you who don't know what the military diet is, it's a diet that lasts 3 consecutive days with a strict meal plan. It is said you will\can lose 10 lbs in those 3 days. Once the 3 days are over you take a break for 4 days. On those 4 days you eat your regular calorie limit ( no more than 1500 a day). You can then go back on the 3 day diet and just repeat the cycle as long as you choose too. You also can and need to still do your regular exercise routine during the 3 days and the 4 days off. The meal plan is online and you can print it out for free if you'd like to try it. Very simple foods and very cost friendly. Have you tried this diet before?     Quick fix to fit into something for a night, or lose some extra that you're okay with gaining back (like what I did before vacation) but I wouldn't recommend it as a permanent solution. It's also a lot of ice cream and I struggled with that!

    I did it once I'd already been pretty into my clean eating and exercise routine just to amp up the weight loss before I went on vacation-I lost almost 7 but it doesn't stay off, unless on the other 4 you eliminate sugar, dairy, etc. it's a great...
