Hello, loves! Today I am trying something new. I am going to try the military diet (3 day diet). For those of you who don't know what the military diet is, it's a diet that lasts 3 consecutive days with a strict meal plan. It is said you will\can lose 10 lbs in those 3 days. Once the 3 days are over you take a break for 4 days. On those 4 days you eat your regular calorie limit ( no more than 1500 a day). You can then go back on the 3 day diet and just repeat the cycle as long as you choose too. You also can and need to still do your regular exercise routine during the 3 days and the 4 days off.
The meal plan is online and you can print it out for free if you'd like to try it. Very simple foods and very cost friendly.
