Day 530...the training continues...

I actually did 105 miles over 2 rides during my long weekend (I had Monday and Tuesday off). I'm learning how to manage my nutrition better on those long ride days, and I'm much fresher than I have been. All that said, what will be the true test will be doing that mileage over back to back days...and that's my target for this weekend. We'll see what happens...I'm targeting late June for my ride, but I lose much of May for training due to weekend concerts, so I'm doing everything I can to get ready before then so that I know how I will respond in June.
