Weekly Plan - April 25-May 1, 2015 - Maybe this week I'll get flowers...

I haven't been doing very well w/ updating the menu plan each day w/ my progress & successes. That's what happens when you go off the charts on Monday. I can't remember why I went off the charts Monday last week, but I did. I know I went on 4 walks at work (I took Friday off), and was on & off the plan for the week.

This is the week I'm back en pointe!! I have to be. I'm running out of time before my July 7 cardio doc appt, and I want to lose a noticeable amount of weight before that. My previous goals are just *pfft* now, but I still have some time to do something (anything!). I'm also hoping to sign up for fitness classes again, if I can make the schedule work (not w/ my old trainer, but w/ my substitute trainer that I had while she was on vaca last summer). More on that later...

So, here's this week's plan. Let's see what happens, shall we??

MONDAY, APRIL 25 - Meatless Monday (Hubs works evening only; can prep dinner)
* Before Work: Bible time | Prep lunches
* Breakfast: PB&J Oats & Orange
* Lunch: Veggie & Hummus Sandwich on Squirrelly Bread
* Snacks: Apple | Larabar
* Dinner: One-Pot Taco Casserole (family's on tortillas; mine w/ a sweet potato) | Veggies | Salad
* After Dinner: Clean-up | Prep tomorrow's dinner

TUESDAY, APRIL 26 - (Hubs works 10-11:45; 4:30-6:30, no help)
* Before Work: Bible time | Make lunches | Finish prepping crock pot
* Breakfast: PB&J Oats & Orange
* Lunch: Burrito Bowl
* Snacks: Apple | Larabar
* Kids (home alone after school): Wash lunch containers | Set table |
* Dinner: Slow Cooker Chickey Barley Stew | Salad
emoticon Note: If you have some strange habit of following my meal planning blogs, you may have noticed that I had this on mthe menu last week. It didn't happen, for some reason (prob b/c I had it planned for Thursday, & that's not practical on Thursdays, see below), so I bumped it to this week.
* After dinner: Clean up | Start to prep tomorrow's dinner

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27 (Hubs off!; can prep dinner)
emoticon Note: We may or may not have the grandkids for diner - their dad works closing shift; other grandma may have them - This is the plan if we have them...
* Before Work: Bible time | Make lunches
* Breakfast: B'fast out at Cora's for Admin Prof Day
* Lunch: Burrito Bowl
* Snacks: Apple | Larabar
* Dinner: Clean Eating Spaghetti Pie | Veggie | Ensalada
* After dinner: Community Group (try not to have dessert!)

THURSDAY, APRIL 28 (Hubs works morning)
emoticon Note: Thursdays are now left-overs night. It's just too hard prepping dinner Thursday morning after staying up past my bedtime Wednesday for Care Group.
* Before Work: Bible time | Make lunches
* Breakfast: PB&J Oats & Orange
* Lunch: Burrito Bowl
* Snacks: Apple | Larabar
* Dinner: Left-Overs
* After-dinner: Clean-up | Prep tomorrow's dinner

FRIDAY, APRIL 29 - (hubs works morning-afternoon)
* Before Work: Bible time | Make lunches | Finish prepping dinner
* Breakfast: PB&J Oats & Orange
* Lunch: Burrito Bowl
* Snacks: Apple | Larabar
* Dinner: Slow-Cooker Bourbon Street Chicken (Family's on buns; mine w/ a sweet potato)
* After-dinner: Take Daniel to Youth (and finish spring cleaning my office)

SATURDAY, APRIL 30
* Breakfast: PB&J Oats & Orange
* Lunch: Veggie & Hummus Sandwich on Squirrelly Bread | Fruit
* Snacks: Apple | Larabar
* Dinner: Out or Salmon or Left-overs
* To-Do's: Walk | Bible time | Meal Planning | Grocery Shopping | Prep next week | Clean out closet

SUNDAY, MAY 1
* Breakfast: PB&J Oats & Orange
* Lunch: Veggie & Hummus Sandwich on Squirrelly Bread | Fruit
* Snacks: Apple | Larabar
* Dinner: Out or Salmon or Left-overs
* To-Do's: Church | Walk | Bible time | Meal Planning | Grocery Shopping | Prep next week | Clean out closet

Sticker Chart Criteria (Daily Rewards)
[_] Exercise self-control
[_] NO food in front of the computer, TV or any other device (except at work)
[_] Spend time in the Word
[_] Stay the course & feel good about the day


Weekly Reward Criteria:
[_] 7 stickers, based on above
[_] Move my body 3x/week (may or may not happen on scheduled days, due to contingencies) | 5x/week = greater reward

Weekly Rewards:
[_] Basic reward: Simple flowers
[_] Greater reward: Better flowers
[_] 4 weeks w/ flowers in a row: Pedicure!!

    Checking in to see how you're doing, but I don't think I see any updates. I hope that means you're too busy sticking to your plan and are having a great week!
