I think I'm finally back on track. I had lost my motivation for awhile. This awesome spring weather has helped a lot. My goal for yesterday was to do a 3 mile walk. I exceeded my goal and stayed within my calorie range. Doing good so far on my eating today. Will just need to use self control tonight. Love getting back to my old self!!
