My third appointment with the dietitian is on May 16.
At my last appointment I had only two things left on the guidelines to work on: chewing food properly, and no carbonated or alcoholic beverages. So far I have succeeded on all fronts, including getting in at least 30 minutes of movement each day.

The dietitian has to clear me for the dietary compliance and then at that point I'll be scheduled to meet with the surgeon. Hopefully the surgeon's schedule is clear enough that I don't have to wait two months to meet her.

Once I meet with the surgeon, she gives me any last requirements for her to be able to do the procedure. *Sigh*. So drawn out. Mentally, I was ready for this in February when I went in to the initial consultation.

19 more days.

In other news the freelance writing is going well, if a little boring. It keeps me in practice though I'd like to get back to editing some of my own work soon. I still need to write query letters and look for an agent, and do more research on self publishing in case I decide to go that route.

I'm thinking about redecorating some of the house, including my office. I would like more colorful curtains for one thing, but none of the local stores have anything I like. May have to look online instead.

Have a shiny day.

Are you a Browncoat? The term "shiny" is quite popular there.

    What's the procedure?
