I posted a blog about making my 75 pound goal and I was overwhelmed with all of the positive feedback on that blog. I was a motivation to many people and to be honest I was truly humbled. I don’t think of myself as a motivation and what I did felt like it wasn’t that difficult. I didn’t overthink it (which I tend to do) I just did it, one step at a time, one meal at a time, day at a time.
I had been on Spark 2 other times before this journey (I guess threes the charm) and when I started in March of 2015 I had a different mindset than the other times. In the past I considered Spark a diet, not a journey. This time it was a journey, a lifestyle change, a new way of thinking, all to create a better me. I continue to have that same way of thinking. Since I hit my goal I have only lost another 2 pounds, but it’s ok. I know I’ll reach my 25 additional pound goal.
I think back to when I started and how much I’ve grown as a person (and shrunk) and I’m so thankful for this site, for all of your support and I’ll forever feel humbled by all of you.
I'll still be tracking my weight and I'll pop in on my team every once in a while to see what's happening.
I'm not leaving Spark and I don't think I ever will.
BTW..YOU CAN DO IT!!!
