I'm about 500% over this. I went in for my Well Woman check and the tests came back dicey. I have "Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance" which is a fancy way of saying "We don't know what this is, but it's not right". So that requires further testing next Tuesday; a 'delightful' procedure to see if the atypical cells could potentially turn cancerous, and another week of waiting for those test results.

Last week was the week of blood-letting for me. Due to the PE I had last year, and now that I'm off the Xarelto, I had to have all the genetic testing for blood clotting disorders, and that required 9 vials of blood. I am not even exaggerating here. NINE. In addition to that, I've had hives since last August for some unknown reason so there were blood tests for that last week as well. Slowly the results are trickling in and so far everything is negative, but the doctor wants me to go to a rheumatologist anyway for further testing.

*sigh*.

Tomorrow is my psych eval for the bariatric surgery. That will take about an hour, and then I'll have some free time to write before I have to meet a friend at a coffeeshop. I have my meals all planned out so I won't be tempted to go to a drive-through. I'm looking forward to the Dietitian appointment on the 16th also. I'm 98% sure she will clear me to meet the surgeon at that point as I have done EVERYTHING on my guidelines this month including exercising in some form or another every day.

Fingers crossed that at some point soon I can be done with the Medical Drama and just focus on my weight loss process. This is b.s. I tell you.
