Been stuck at same weight for 3 weeks. Trying Mediterranean way of eating along with my exercise to see if that shakes things up a bit! Have to use SP app on kindle fire tablet because app isn't working on my Note 4 phone. Found a new favorite food that I hadn't tried before and now am in love with it, Couscous!! 👌 Pulled a muscle in the back of my thigh so been walking that out..Lastly, I have my Dad's Memorial this coming Sat so road tripping it to Upper Peninsula in Michigan 😪 I hope everyone has a peaceful and productive week!

    Do. Not. Feel badly. Gain weight back 180 now 172 now 163 have to low carb diet. More proteins do not like a lot of meat on chicken and little. Beef good luck
