Day 11 - Lose the Belly

Oooh, not quite so good of a day. It was my day to take my favorite senior citizen shopping, and it's a long, slow process. We went to Arby's for lunch, and I just had a regular roast beef and water, so that part wasn't so bad. But I'm always kind of tired when I get home from our outings, and so just didn't put much effort into eating healthy. Pulled out some leftovers for dinner but pretty much neglected the fruits and veggies. I think that's a key for why get evening cravings. On the days I really eat well, I am much more satisfied. Anyway, I did a lot of grazing this evening and ended up a couple hundred calories over my limit.
Tomorrow is my (rather belated) retirement party, so that might prove to be a challenge.
