,! Kids outside, Work, Healthy lunch Mailbox Need stamps Plan healthy supper Work more Keep up the water! Start small or jump in head first? Morning excersize Healthy lunch Walk to mailbox. Eat healthy after walk. Work Plan healthy supper Kids bath time Read with kids Kids in bed on time! OK still need kids to get to bed on time. Morning stretches help tons! Water helps me feel full. Need to go grocery shopping for fresh , healthy. and need to buy more stamps. Kids are also drinking more water too. Yay. Today's goal, add a new workout and eat a healthy supper. Bed time too.
