As I was reading a few things in here and on my facebook, ahhhhh!!! I remembered that I too once forgot myself. I became so busy with caring for Ashlea and my mom, among others in my past, that I forgot myself.
We all need to take care of ourselves on a conscious level. This does not just mean exercise and eat right. This means taking time, even if only 5 minutes, to breathe deeply or say "hmmm, what can I do for myself?"
I challenge you all. Think about it! What have you done today for yourself....
I wrote this blog as a release, hopefully it will help someone to think about themselves even if only for a minute. Later I will take 10 minutes all for myself. to do what? I don't know yet. BUT it will be mine to decide.
