Victoria Weekend at our seasonal trailer and just relaxed and ate whatever! As you know, eating whatever is a bad thing to do when you are trying to lose weight. As we were having our 7 year old great grandaughter for a few days while her parents are on a fishing trip, I purchased the things she likes to eat, to make sure she at least would eat while we had her with us. Corn on the cob, hot dogs, pancakes and sausage, balogna, cherry turnovers, to name a few items. Now, usually, we eat EVERYTHING, in our meal planning, to keep things as normal as possible, only in moderation, and rarely go over my low of 1200 calories. The last two days I went way over my high of 1400. Back to business now. We have our little sweetie for three more days so hopefully she likes what we have now that we are at our house. It is so easy to "fall off the healthy food regime"!
