Its interesting that I haven't been using the food tracker. In the past this was key to my learning and self-monitoring. My travel and work schedules haven't allowed me time to keep focused on the tracker. Instead, I've kept myself fiercely focused on my goal and on making consistent good choices. I'm using what I learned from past use of the food tracker which means I'm mentally calculating calories through the day. By doing this I was able to travel for a week of vacation and maintain my weight. I returned home to continue the steady progress toward my goal. So with 35 days to go, I'm pleased. More of my clothes fit comfortably again. I feel better. I can meet my goal of losing six more pounds in the remaining 35 days of my 90 day challenge.
