I justified junk food today.
I accidentally opened a beer at work and I didn't want to pay for it and throw it away, so I paid for it and drank it. I totally justified drinking calories when I shouldn't have. I felt like it was a waste of my money, but siting here thinking about it now - it was more of waste of my hard work eating healthily all day, because I ended up eating a 6" sub too. 😟
Lesson: learn to outweigh which is a bigger loss, $5 or a day of hard work and dedication..
