I've been considering getting a Fitbit and am struggling with reviews/plethora of options.. I think I really would like the HR function if I am going to buy one..

Looking at Fitbit charge HR - any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks Sparkers emoticon

I like my Fitbit HR a lot. It has made me feel a lot more comfortable due to some heart issues.

I REALLY want a Charge HR sometime in the not-so-far future. I only have the One right now but I have to say I love it and love Fitbit in general. It's a good investment! I hope you enjoy whatever you choose to get!

I have the One (my second one, so maybe five years or so) and I love it....
wear it in my bra every day...
only needs charging ever two weeks or so...
    does not monitor HR...
I may have to research this when I need a new Fitbit.

I really like my Fitbit HR.. I think the HR function is great to help give me feedback on how hard I'm actually working (or not!). My friend got a charge for Christmas and then her husband bought her the HR for mother's day and I think she is really liking the upgrade.

Sorry I don't have a Fitbit so I can't offer any advice but I hope whatever decision you make works well for you! emoticon emoticon

I have a Fitbit Charge. I didn't get the HR because I didn't need to pay $30 more for the machine to tell me something I already knew how to do myself and there has been a lot of controversy lately on how accurate the info is. The Charge does all that I want it to - steps, stairs, calories burned, synchs with SP, sleep, tracks hours that I have moved 250 steps. There is a lot more that it does, but these are the things I look at every day. It is computer and phone compatible. You can do challenges with friends. And on, and on, and on! At first I didn't like the way it connected, but I am used to it now. Also, the color options for the Charge are very limited.

I have friends with other kinds of trackers and they seemed satisfied with theirs. I just don't know anything about them to offer a comparison. I think you will be happy no matter what kind you get. Do any of your friends or family have a device of some kind? That is what helped me make a decision. And, at the time I got mine there were not as many other options out there.

I have the Surge, but I use it primarily as a running watch. It's a little bulky and excessive for everyday use. I do love the ability to track my sleep patterns. I have friends who have the Alta and the Blaze, which are both smaller and cuter and better suited to wearing all the time. They love them, and both have the HR feature.

I am getting the Alta hopefully soon. I have never had a FitBit or tracker other than my phone. Pretty excited! I have small wrists and it is slim, plus touch screen, plus I love every feature on it!

I like my Fitbit HR. The only thing I would say is that it measures a bit high...
