Staying On Track

No madder how long it takes and how many times I start over, I will get this right. I joined a Biggest Looser Challenge at work to get back on track. Everyone else was half my age so I knew I would have to work hard. I ended up the 3rd highest looser out of 12. I lost 13 pounds in 12 weeks. Still a few pounds to get back to my tracker weight on my Spark page. It was fun to talk to others and learn what they were trying. We still ask each other how they are doing. Some have given up, others still share tips. My doctors visit showed I am still the same weight I was at the end of the challenge. I will stay on track so when I go back in 6 months I am the same weight as now or less. I CAN DO IT.
