Baggy clothes, Kids Dying in Hot Cars, Nerve Pain, Misc.

Wednesday, June 22, 2016

When I added the new pic on SP that I had taken at the movies this past weekend, I noticed that I tend to wear larger sizes that are baggy even when I could easily go with smaller ones. For one thing, it's a habit to buy the bigger styles. And for another, sheer comfort. But it's a good visual for me to keep in mind. A huge advantage of posing with a huge statue is that I look so much smaller. (smiling)

How in the world do you "forget" your child and leave him/her in a hot vehicle? My heart breaks as I hear how this season has already brought on several deaths of these little angels. I just can't wrap my mind around why this happens. So sad.

Ouch. Just when I think I'm doing better, I have awful days of post-shingles nerve pain. Hate this and wish it would end already.

Too early for fires as it's not quite our fire season, but there are a couple of large fires nearby. Since we are in our 5th year of drought, this is especially worrisome.

Wishing all a wonderful day.

I like comfortable, baggy clothes. I' m used to them.....as for leaving a child in a hot car, I think the adults responsible should be neutered so they can't have more children and do it again. I cry for them. marcey

I am guilty of that too. Just feel more comfortable.
Hope your shingles pain has lessened even more. What movie
did you see. I saw a lovely British movie 'You before me' on
    Wednesday and just loved it.

I noticed that my clothes are too baggy now too. I've not weighed in a long time but feel like I have lost weight. Who knows. I do love comfort above all else but I don't want to lose my pants. LOL.

The children and pets dying in hot cars freaks me out too. To be honest I always check cars near me to make sure this is not going on.

I hope you stay safe from those fires.

I know how you feel with baggy clothes. They hide you and are comfortable. Plus we are used to it. Very very sad to hear about little ones left in cars. I don't judge others for this but I had five babies and never left them on accident.
