keep the pace slow and steady

the past week I hadn't been as strict logging things into SparkPeople. I was feeling kind of annoyed with myself, but I started looking through some articles about motivation and slow weight loss and I'm thinking that it's OK.
just get back up! start tracking full time again! not tomorrow, or next Tuesday, or at the beginning of another month, NOW!
MY GOAL FOR JULY: lose 2 lbs a week!
