I haven't been here in ages, my I have maintained my weight loss and now I'm lowering my weight goal to 130. I'm still trying to lower my diabetic numbers and that is my major goal. I need to lower these numbers because I don't feel good and I don't need any complications from not caring for myself. Yes I have lost weight by reducing the amount I eat but I don't eat healthy most of the time. I have joined the diabetic challenge and team, its more than time I get this right and make good healthy choices.
