Itsy Bitsy Happy Dance

I admit, I have been and am an on again off again sparker. I don't do well tracking etc. The last time I recorded my weight was 7/3 2014. Yep, two years ago. Since then I've gained, lost, gained, lost, repeat, repeat, repeat. Only problem, the gains have always won the battle, so I started this round of begin again with even more weight than my goals and tracker indicate.

Well, happy, happy, joy, joy. Today, I weigh the same as I did on 7/3/2014. Yea me. Hopefully, next time I can actually show a loss. I'm hoping to be in the 130's by end of August. Then the September goal is to begin doing real, intentional exercise, not just walking and garden work. Those activities are good, I know, but I'm wanting to up my game.

So for now, the little happy dance in my house. emoticon
