Wow, it's been a long time since I've blogged. I feel like I've only been blogging when I am super motivated or super depressed. So today I've decided to make a quick blog about my goals for August.
1. Lose 8 pounds
2. Log on to Spark every day between August 4th - August 31st.
3. Workout 10 times this month.
That's it. I need to stop overthinking everything. I have been trying to get back on track for 3 years now and lose this weight once and for all. I don't know what else to do but to keep trying. So here I am. Attempt #508. Hopefully this will be my last!
