Wow, I haven't written a blog in a really long time.
Well, I am going to try to do it a bit more often. Perhaps it will help me get back to goal. At least it will keep me busy and out of the kitchen for a few minutes.
I changed my ticker from a turtle with a group of runners to a birthday gift with bubbles or balloons. That's because when I went to update my goal to lose a pound a week, my SparkPeople goal date is my birthday next year! Wouldn't that be cool?
I'd better get to work on that.
