Another month down the line.

I still haven't made a great deal of inroad in my weight loss but I have lost some inches so...... not entirely a loss. I've been trying to eat a lot more fibre, and I always thought I ate a lot of it, but it seems the fruit and veg I usually eat is not quite sufficient. This is a lot harder than I expected as I eat fruit at breakfast nearly every day and have an oat or wholemeal cereal too. Luckily this is the right time of year for lots of fresh veggies and I've been having lots of them. I miss them too when I don't have them.

I think the next step is to continue as I have been doing but increasing the amount of exercise I'm doing. We shall see if that helps the weight loss.
